Howdy, MR!
It's been quite awhile since I have posted, although I have lurked often since hanging up the water-sprinkler in '06. Lately I have been feeling a bit nostalgic, and have given some thought to starting up the account again. I haven't missed the game very much until recently, but I have missed you, the people, terribly. Even though I have been playing WoW since my departure from Norrath, the only people I really connected with were all the folks who I met and gamed with in EQ. Tierfahn, Sang, Tnie (well maybe not Tnie so much *grin*) , Alamus, Astilbee, Trilo, Cuinar, Hunee, Hawk, Sol, Bjarki, Tenladarr, Nish, Woland, Brinie and Ken, Wenny and Yogurt, Caillech...Just to name a few, best I could do on short notice heheh.
The twist is I am not sure if (A) all Froggy's gear will be there after two years, and (B) what the total cost would be to get caught up expansion wise. I left off at Prophecy of Ro, but I ditched all my prior CD copies of the game. Is there a recent expansion that has all or most of the past versions of the game? I think I went with digital downloads ever since LDoN came out (for two accounts, remember Aabrah Caddaverah, my Necro? Yikes!) Anywhoo, If anyone has any suggestions I would be glad to hear them, and might possibly be seeing you all ingame in the near future. I still putter around in WoW on Bonechewer (FRO TEH HRODE!!1!!) , and
just cancelled Age of Conan. I haven't considered Warhammer yet, but I really enjoyed PvP and might give it a shot depending on how the game works out. I
don't see much of Grakkus ingame anymore, but I still chat with him from time to time. I believe he has been playing LOTRO casually with friends. If I see
him I will ask him if he and/or Esh were going to try it out. You and Alamus (or anyone for that matter) can always shoot me an e-mail at
